Hello Beautiful Souls!
My name is Brianna and I enjoy pulling together a variety of qigong practices into my classes. For 10 years I studied qigong with Korean masters Chung Suk, Yang Je Chon and Lee Soo Ahm. After that I studied with American and other teachers including Marissa Cranfill (founder of YOQI). I have also done some online coursework and am inspired by White Tiger Qigong, Lee Holden, Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Spring Forest Qigong to round out my practice even more. Each teacher has taught me new perspectives, techniques and skills that I value very much. Korean masters taught me intuitive instruction, qigong basics, emotional self-mastery and strong Shaolin-style forms. Other teachers have grounded me in 5 elements theory, traditional forms and qigong flows. I see qigong as a life-long practice and I am always open to learning more and from new teachers.
I believe qigong is a practice that is so beneficial. Whether you have a health issue or discomfort in your physical body, a lack of connection to self, low energy, lack of focus or emotional concerns. Qigong is a practice that is beneficial to any body at any age.
