It all begins with a dream to grow and expand. Maybe you want to shift your mindset, manifest more positivity in your life or launch a business. Perhaps reach a million followers or transform your habits or mindset. Whatever it is, sometimes it can be difficult to stay focused. Your heart desperately wants change, to express itself and to make things happen. Then life happens and obstacles show up, and sometimes priorities shift beyond our control.

I started And So It Is to create some additional support for us to stay connected to our dreams and good intentions that I call intentional art. I too have dreamed of being an artist for most of my life, and I have always loved supporting others. Bringing the two together is a dream come true for me!

I truly believe that a little pop of color combined with some crystal magic and an intention bracelet can go a long way to remind us of what’s important. Let’s make our dreams and intentions a reality!
