Journal Prompts for Each Season

Journaling is a great self reflection tool. It can lead to great aha moments and help you decide what your values are. When you think thoroughly through something, it can help you get clear on how you want to change or shift to make your life better and it can help you create and reinforce your boundaries…. Because you thought about it and decided what works for you.

What I love about journaling in line with the season, is that it helps us to connect to the present moment through connecting to the cycle of nature that we are actually in. In each season, according to Chinese medicine, our bodies, minds and spirits are affected by what is happening in nature. In Winter, for example, our kidneys and bladder are most impacted. Kidneys are the organ that helps to process fear, so spending time journaling about your fears during winter can help reinforce your kidney health when you need it most.

It is because of this healthy connection that I decided to create journal prompts in line with the season. How can you access them?
