New YouTube Series! 7 Days of Qigong

Or should I say, “hola!” :)

I am so happy today that my latest YouTube project is complete! Check out this new series of qigong videos including one routine for each day of the week! All the videos were filmed in the beautiful scenery of La Ventana, Mexico, where I have had the wonderful privilege of staying for over 1 month. I hope people will enjoy the series and let me know what they love. Each video is less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
